Temporary Happiness in our Lives Today

Matthew 6:19-21-“Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Our deepest threat to our society is not the economy or healthcare but to familes. Without the family system, nothing will work fully because there will be no love, just hate.

Do we really need to waste thousands of dollars every year on the latest technology in our lives, hours on the newest video game sololy trying to get to the next level, spend days on Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Youtube and Snapchat in order to see what is happening every second of the day with the 1000+ "friends"?

the technology and social media is simply there to ENTERTAIN, not to provide HAPPINESS. LOVE is HAPPINNESS. Which can not be obtain with man made gifts, but with God we shall find peace. Children do the same actions that they were taught or saw their parents commit. Even in high school, they should not commiting lustful acts for that only leads to temporary pleasure not permant happiness. All people are children at heart and children of God. We need to treat each other with royality. Children growing up think they the deserve material items for their birthday but they themselves are the present. What children need is LOVE more than anything else. This will bring them true permanent happiness. They can then pass on to eveyrone they meet.

Children get presents from their parents, they grand parents, they guardians, the neighbors. But the biggest present of all is showing children that believing the lord has heavenly rewards.

Timothy 6:10 -For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.
Money is not evil, but the love of money is wrong. It corrupts human beings and brings down humanity. Out of all times in history, this last decade has seen a large increase in social media consumption and a passion for sports. All while showing a decrease in faith based morals in our culture today. Now, spending more time in certain areas of your lives for fun is not by itself a bad thing. But, when we spend to much time committing to one certain area like sports instead of family, and espicially if those actions are inmoral like fornication, we start to lose touch with our humanity and love for one another.
It is not the sinner that is bad, but the act of committing the sin which wrips our heart apart. We show sex in movies and demoralize the action of sex that should only be seen between the husband and wife. In Psalm 24, the earth is the Lord's and everything it contains. Nothing is inherently evil. Right? Humanity is evil. We're the ones that mess up stuff. And so Genesis 1 repeats over and over again...God made it and it is good. Only we can make it bad
Finding Permanent Happines Now
We should all strive to find happiness. The one aspect that has been around for thousands of years is the belief that the Trinity is our saving grace. That God sent his only son, part man and part God, to die on the cross for humanities sake to make it to heaven.
First accept the belief in the lord. Make him the center of your life. Trust in him and nothing shall be bad. If you find yourself putting a vast majority of your time into material items, take a step back. Next time you want to buy a present for someone, ask yourself, " would it be better if I gave them my time and talent?"
Go to church in order to strenghen the armour for the battle during the week.Take your children or the neighbor with you to church to teach them to believe in God with all our Heart's.
Make your children go outside to enjoy God's world and build their person to person relationship skills early in life.
Treat others with respect and your fellow brothers and sisters of God will do the same.
Ask children what their dreams and passions are about. Guide them towards God by teaching them to defend God's word.
Don't listen to songs with perverce language.
Find a relationship where spirtuality with the lord is at the center
Do not leave idle time during your day, for the devil always is knocking at the door.
Give back to your community.

“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”
